Tell us what's going on and our team will coordinate the repair with one of our trusted local contractors. You can also submit requests directly in the Landlord Studio portal.

Common tenant questions

Rent is paid online through the Landlord Studio tenant portal. You can pay by bank transfer or card and set up automatic payments so you never miss a due date.

Emergencies include fire, flooding, gas leaks, no heat in freezing weather, or anything threatening safety. Call our 24/7 line at (313) 603-6064 immediately. Everything else can go through the request form.

When your lease begins, we send a Landlord Studio invitation to your email so you can set up your resident account. Lost your invite? Contact our office and we'll resend it.

We'll reach out before your lease ends with renewal options. You're also welcome to contact us anytime to discuss renewing early.
